Welcome Deck

Studio Noteform's Welcome Deck Template is a modular, editorial-style onboarding system for creative studios and agencies. Use it at the start of a new client relationship to introduce who you are, what you offer, who they will work with, how you work and what happens next.

It includes 20 fully editable slides across five chapters: The Studio (mission, philosophy, cultural positioning and partnership), Services (core capabilities and the system behind each one), Team (core contacts and team philosophy), Approach (a four-part method and a 12-week process timeline) and Next Steps (immediate actions and contact). A cover, contents page and closing slide complete the set. Client names, dates and contact details sit in clearly marked placeholders, so each deck can be tailored in minutes.

Designed on a 16:9 grid with a restrained typographic system, the layouts hold diagrams, comparison tables, capability lists and timelines alongside space for imagery. The Figma file includes component-based text blocks, smart spacing and consistent styles for fast editing. The InDesign version mirrors the same structure, ideal for print or export-ready PDFs.

Built with free-to-use commercial fonts, this template requires no additional licensing and is fully customizable to suit your studio.
