At Studio Noteform, we stand behind the quality of our digital templates and design systems. Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final and non-refundable once the files have been downloaded or accessed.

However, we want you to feel confident in your purchase. If you experience any issues accessing your files or believe you've purchased a product in error, please contact us within 7 days of purchase. We're happy to help resolve technical problems, offer guidance on use, or issue a refund in the following cases:

  • You were charged more than once for the same product
  • You mistakenly purchased the same product twice
  • The product was not delivered or was inaccessible, and support was unable to resolve the issue

To request assistance or a refund under these circumstances, email us at studio@studionoteform.com with your order number and a brief explanation.

We do not issue refunds for:

  • Change of mind
  • Compatibility issues (please check requirements before purchasing)
  • User error or failure to read product descriptions
