Retainer Proposal

Studio Noteform's Retainer Proposal is a modular, editorial-style system for turning a run of projects into one ongoing client relationship. Use it to set out what a monthly retainer covers, the team behind it, how hours and requests are handled and what the investment looks like.

It includes 24 fully editable slides across four chapters: The Partnership (why a retainer, objectives, team and roles), Scope (creative and strategic deliverables, what sits in and out of scope, and a monthly calendar), Resources (hours by discipline, capacity and response times, reporting rhythm and a sample monthly report) and Investment (retainer tiers, monthly investment, terms, the first 90 days and next steps). A cover, contents page, retainer overview and closing slide complete the set. Client names, fees, hours and terms sit in clearly marked placeholders.

Designed on a 16:9 grid with a restrained typographic system, the layouts hold comparison tables, tier breakdowns, timelines and reporting dashboards alongside space for imagery. The Figma file includes component-based text blocks, smart spacing and consistent styles for fast editing. The InDesign version mirrors the same structure, ideal for print or export-ready PDFs.
